Conflict Resolution for Security Guards is a must have skill due to the nature of their job. As all of us know that conflicts can occur even in the most harmonious of environments. As a security guard it is your primary responsibility to deter and serve, but from time to time those that you serve may use you as an avenue of misplaced anger. This course is designed to familiarize you with the techniques to take control of the narrative of any situation that you may find yourself in where the opposite individual is not willing to compromise on a course of action, not willing to understand your point of view, not willing to take responsibility for their action, etc.
