  3. Being aware of and respecting the rights and freedoms of individuals.
  4. Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey information and report incidents.
  5. Presenting verbal and material evidence in court when required.
  6. Writing comprehensive and accurate reports detailing incidents, observations, and actions taken.
  7. Safeguarding evidence and securing crime/accident scenes to preserve the integrity of investigations.
  8. Conducting oneself appropriately and professionally when appearing in court as a witness.
  9. Directing traffic and ensuring the safe flow of vehicles as needed.
  10. Detecting and preventing thefts, acts of vandalism, and other criminal activities on the premises.
  11. Reporting and appropriately addressing perimeter protection systems, intrusion alarms, fire alarms, and other types of security alarms.
  12. Responding promptly and taking appropriate measures in various emergency situations, including medical emergencies, accidents, and security breaches.
  13. Responding to bomb threats and suspicious packages according to established safety protocols.
  14. Responding to and managing situations involving weapons emergencies to ensure safety and minimize risks.
  15. Responding to fire emergencies by following established fire safety procedures, assisting with evacuations, and taking measures to protect lives and property.
  16. Responding effectively to a range of other emergencies, such as natural disasters and security breaches.
  17. Fulfilling any additional duties and responsibilities required by specific security assignments or clients.
